Calapooia Brewing Things I Know:
They sell apparel
4 stars on yelp
Generic American food (burgers, sandwiches, fries, soups, etc.)
Occasional live music
Phone number and hours are easy to access
They have an Instagram, twitter, and Facebook.
About 7 restaurants, bars, and lounges are in close proximity to Calapooia Brewing.
Most reviews say that their beer and atmosphere is great, but most food reviews are bad.
Lots of complaints about the waitresses being flustered, borderline rude, not good overall.
Nice outside area, hard to utilize during the winter though.

Is there any special deals/offers for each day of the week?
Is the happy hour popular with the locals?
How do they attract people passing through Albany?
What is their signature/popular dishes and beers?
What dishes/beers do they make the most money on?
How many servers work each night?
How long is the average time for someone to receive their food/drinks?
Is there a rival restaurant that takes a lot of the local customers? If so why?
How do they attract customers other than social media?
How clean does it seem/is?

Marketing Case Blog Follow Up

I just finished my presentation on the controversial "Just Do It" advertisement. The advertisement was centered around Colin Kaepernick, who was one of the most talked about men in the world when he knelled for the National Anthem. After looking around the web for an article that interested me I stumbled upon a BMJ journal about juuls (https://tobaccocontrol.bmj.com/content/early/2018/05/31/tobaccocontrol-2018-054382). The article about juuls definitely got my attention immediately because people around my age is the main market for juul. Pretty much the article explained the juul is really good at targeting youth and young adults. The slick design and cool flavors are really appealing to the younger generation.
